Drumming In the Desert.
Ludwig drums, famous for outfitting Ringo Starr’s kit in the ‘60s, needed a film that portrayed the idea of total originality. So, we shot a totally original individual, Burt Compton, classic drummer, flight instructor and proprietor of Marfa Glider, in his dual element in the Texas desert. The result is an undeniably cool film about the joys of the inspired life.
